Product Description
The NXTware Emprovide product is a employee provisioning application which enables small to medium companies with the capability of provisioning new employees in a relatively short period of time. Emprovide was oringally developed as an RPC application using Entera RPC, mysql and Java 1.5. It was designed to be delivered as a sample application within the NXTera product set. As the NXTera middleware became less popular, it became necessary to find a better platform to deploy the application in. Since many existing applications were using NXTware and the technology of Emprovide was conducive to adaption to use jacorb, it was converted to run under NXTware. This was the next step in the evolution of the software since an integrated environment was needed to maintain the applications for the future.

 NXTware Emprovide
 The Emprovide application uses NXTware as an integration platform so that it can easily integrate with other components like payroll, compliance and ERP systems. Since the application is open source, custom integration is possible across the enterprise.
